ANAESTHETIC MACHINES
The American Animal Hospital Association, (AAHA), recommends annual verification of the anaesthetic machine. Wilson Equipment does a verification by performing a high and low pressure leak test. Including the fresh gas outlet, rebreathing and non-rebreathing systems. This includes the flowmeter, oxygen flush valve, circuits, and rebreathing bags are verified. The waste gas evacuation system are also verified
The vaporizer are verified at each percentage by a Riken If the vaporizers concentrations are outside the manufacturers guidelines than a recalibration is required.
Dental Machines
Annual servicing of the dental machines includes a high-pressure leak test of the compressor, regulator and water bottle. The filters and oil are checked and replaced if required. Handpieces are tested to ensure they are at the manufacturer's guidelines and appropriately lubricated.
Autoclaves
Autoclave servicing includes dismantling to detect water, vapor or pressure leaks. A verification of the electrical connectors, water flow, the operation of the overpressure valve, control outlet, the temperature and pressure manometers to ensure the cycle is working correctly. Once verification has been completed, we will recommend any parts to replace to avoid possible leaks, including the door gasket and filters.

Microscopes
Microscope annual service involves cleaning ocular lenses, the objective lenses, the condenser and the illumination globe. The lenses are verified to ensure their clarity. Adjustment and lubrication of the focus mechanism and the gearing system of the X and Y axis are completed. All lenses and condensers will be centered.
